This workshop explores a variety of inverted poses in a safe and supported environment. Learn how to prepare for inversions, the correct alignment and how to come in and out of poses safely.
This challenging and fun workshop is open to students of all levels. Embrace this opportunity to take your yoga practice to a new level.

Where: Acharya’s House of Yoga
Some inversions should not be practiced by people who have a neck, shoulder or back injury, high blood pressure, migraines, glaucoma or detached retinas. If you’re unsure speak to your teacher first.
All booking for workshops must pay a $10 deposit to secure your place.
