- Sit in meditation everyday; make it twice a day.
- Practice pranayama twice a day regularly with empty stomach.Live longer and look younger with Pranayama. Prana is the source of life. Yoga without pranayama is like a cart without wheels.
- Whatever happens happens for a reason, take it easy. It had to happen, relax; at the end you will find that it is always for the better.
- Yoga is a wholesome practice of body, mind and the spirit. Practices should include Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga; both hand in hand and the philosophy of Karma, Jinana and Bhakti Yoga.
